Draco Rosa was celebrating his cancer-free life...when he received terrible news.
The 44-year-old musician and ex-Menudo member found out his cancer had returned during his VIDA Tour — a series of shows dedicated to winning his first battle with the disease.
Rosa remained silent about the diagnosis in an attempt to keep his commitment to fans and continue his tour. According to The New York Daily News, he also kept the news from close friends and management.
However, on the evening of Nov. 21, he opened up to his manager, Angelo Medina, about the diagnosis.
