Hollywood has a new President. The first photo of Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln in next year's "Lincoln" has emerged, and it's pretty convincing. (Daniel, you had us at the beard.)

The shot of Day-Lewis as Lincoln -- taken by Twitter user Michael Phillips (@uvamichael) -- has stirred up a lot of buzz for the December 2012 flick.

Based on Pulitzer Prize-winning historian Doris Kearns Goodwin's "Team of Rivals," the Steven Spielberg movie focuses on the last few months of Lincoln's Presidency and life. Tommy Lee Jones will play Republican leader Thaddeus Stevens, and James Spader and Joseph Gordon-Levitt have also been cast.
