The Duggar family continues to grow.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have reportedly been granted temporary guardianship of their 8-year-old great nephew, In Touch reported on Wednesday.

Michelle’s sister’s daughter, 23-year-old Rachel Hutchins, has granted the Duggars custody after a series of financial setbacks left her unable to care for her son. In April, Hutchins was reportedly arrested and charged with breaking and entering a tow truck business in Springdale, Ark.

According to documents obtained by the gossip mag, the former “19 Kids and Counting” stars will go to court in November to make the guardianship permanent.

Last year, the family was clouded with scandal when it was revealed their oldest son, Josh Duggar, molested five underage girls, including his sisters. After that scandal, the 28-year-old checked into rehab for six months for porn addiction.

Meanwhile, his sisters  Jessa Seewald and Jill Dillard now have their own TLC show, “Counting On,” and Seewald is expecting baby No. 2 with her husband, Ben.
