A dollop of fat free Cool Whip or a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt on top makes this a truly special treat. This recipe couldn't be easier and best of all it's so delicious that no one even realizes it is healthy. Feel free to substitute other fruits such as apples, pears or plums to make this a dessert you can serve all year round.
