Selena Gomez sounds very much infatuated with rumored boyfriend (and recent musical collaborator) Zedd.
The pop singer, 22, talked to Radio Disney on Friday and although she stopped short of confirming her rumored relationship with the 25-year-old music producer and DJ, she could only gush about him.
“He’s this cute little German, and he’s got really beautiful eyes, and he’s very sweet and funny,” Gomez said, according to E! News. “I respect his vision because he has a way of knowing how important his role is as an EDM artist, and he doesn’t spend most of his time traveling the world DJing.”
Gomez added, “He really spent so much time on this record… He’s great, and very talented.”
The duo, who has been linked since earlier this year, met in the building they were both recording — he knocked on her door asking to use her bathroom, she told E! News.
“We ended up talking, sharing music and it happened organically,” Gomez said. “He’s great, and he cares so much about the meaning of his songs.”
The two recently released the new single “I Want You to Know.”
Although Gomez did not confirm their relationship, she did say what she looks for in a boyfriend.
“Honesty, of course trust, being faithful, making me laugh, those are all the dream [qualities], right?” she said. “It will happen. I don’t want to force anything. Just somebody you can enjoy living life with.”
