Christina Aguilera channeled a little bit of Scrooge at Seth MacFarlane’s Christmas bash in Beverly Hills recently.

The singer reportedly refused to join in the musical celebration that MacFarlane had with a 50-piece orchestra. According to the NY Post’s Page Six, many celebrity guests joined the comedian on stage to croon several Frank Sinatra tunes. However, Aguilera stayed put.

“Seth asked her five times to come up [and sing] and she refused,” said a source to the tabloid, adding that “The Voice” judge’s refusal seemed to stem from the number of drinks she had consumed. “She was a mess. The reason she didn’t get up is because she was wasted.”

Recently Aguilera and MacFarlane sang a duet of “New York, New York” at the Lincoln Center concert “Sinatra: Voice for a Century.”

According to the tabloid’s witnesses, Aguilera got so drunk that fiancé Matt Rutler had to hold her on each arm to walk her out.

“She was wearing 6-inch custom Louboutins. She was literally wobbling,” they said, adding: “She nearly fell into a Christmas tree.”

According to the report, guests included Ted Danson, John Stamos, Zac Efron, LA Reid, Darren Criss, Meghan Trainer, Katherine McPhee and Bill Maher – who apparently got on stage with MacFarlane.

A rep for Aguilera did not comment to Page Six on her drunken antics.
