Salma Hayek's breasts are in the news again.

The Mexican actress, who in 2009 famously breast-fed a hungry infant in Sierra Leone, is today keeping fans abreast in an exclusive interview and photo shoot with Allure Magazine.

The interview touched on her childhood, her daughter, and even her thoughts on plastic surgery. Asked about whether she would improve any part of her body from 10 years ago, Hayek responded: "My boobs."

"They're not bad, by the way. I'm not complaining about them," she told Allure with a laugh.

Hayek first became known in America in the 1995 film "Desperado." In the action movie starring Antonio Banderas, Hayek took part in her first on-camera love scene and it wasn't easy.

"I'm not an exhibitionist," she says. "It was the first time, so it was very difficult."

Hayek admitted to Allure that the love scene took them eight hours, rather than the one hour it was scheduled for.
