SHANGHAI – SHANGHAI (AP) — Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is touring the World Expo in Shanghai to highlight U.S.-Chinese cooperation ahead of a tough diplomatic battle over North Korea.
Clinton on Saturday visited the U.S. and Chinese pavilions at the Expo, extolling growing ties between the two countries.
Her visit comes ahead of two days of talks in Beijing expected to be dominated by a U.S. push for China to support international action to pressure its ally North Korea for the sinking of a South Korean warship.
