5.1-Magnitude Quake Rattles Eastern Turkey

A 5.1-magnitude earthquake shook the eastern Turkish province of Elazig on Wednesday, some two weeks after a powerful tremor killed dozens there, the Istanbul-based Kandilli observatory said.
