CARACAS, Venezuela -- A bus and a fuel truck have collided on a rural highway in Venezuela, killing 14 people and leaving 21 injured.
Regional transit police chief Jose Rafael Yanez tells state television that Wednesday's accident involves a state gas company truck and a small passenger bus in central Guarico state.
He says 14 were killed and 21 injured. He says there were heavy rains in the area and that authorities are investigating what caused the crash.
