Three skydivers who parachuted off 1 World Trade Center last fall are expected to be arraigned on charges of burglary and reckless endangerment.

Marko Markovich , James Brady and Andrew Rossig are due in Manhattan state Supreme Court on Tuesday in connection with their Sept. 30 jump.

The men were arrested in March after 16-year-old Justin Casquejo was charged with breaching security and scaling 1 World Trade.

Rossig said the skydivers had taken care not to endanger anyone. He said they chose a time when streets would be largely deserted.

But the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and Police Commissioner William Bratton denounced the parachute jump as a lawless act that put others in danger.
