Women Accused of Using Five-Year-Old Child in Texas Burglary

HOUSTON – Three women are facing jail time after being accused of using a five-year-old child to burgle an elderly couple's home in Texas, myFOXhouston.com reported Thursday.

Ginger Frank, 29, Rhina Mitchell, 31, and Roseanna Marks, 33, are charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and credit card abuse.

Investigators say two of the women used the child to gain entry to the elderly couple's house and distract the owners so they could steal.

Four rings, a purse and some credit cards were allegedly taken from the property.

The third woman was charged because she was involved in purchases made with the cards.
