Wheelchair-bound woman sought in DC robbery
WASHINGTON – Police in Washington, D.C., were searching Tuesday for a group of people suspected in the robbery of a man in broad daylight.
One of the suspects is a woman in a wheelchair, according to the Washington Post.
The robbery occurred Monday afternoon in Washington's Chinatown. Police said the victim was walking when he was hit in the face by a man who grabbed cash out of his pocket.
The suspect then fled the scene with three other people who appeared to be with him. Witnesses described one of them as a black woman with blonde hair in a wheelchair.
