A Vermont teenager was found dead inside his school's bathroom Tuesday morning from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to WCAX.com.
Jericho police were called to Mount Mansfield Union High School after the boy, identified as 15-year-old Connor Menning, was found unresponsive.
Authorities tell the website that it appears Menning died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
"It's hard to describe in words really. I really just feel terrible for this family and this young man's friends and for him. I'm very, very sad," Chittenden East Superintendent John Alberghini told WCAX.com.
