Ton of Pot Seized From Boston Apartment

BOSTON -- A Boston man has been arrested after authorities say they seized about one ton of marijuana from his Boston apartment.

The Suffolk District Attorney's office says Edgar Gonzalez, also known as Felix Soto, is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday in Dorchester District Court on trafficking charges.

Gonzalez was arrested Wednesday in what authorities are calling the single largest seizure of marijuana in Boston's recent history.

It was unclear if Gonzalez, whose age has not been released, had hired an attorney yet.
