Three people, including a relative, are accused of ransacking the grave of a New Hampshire businessman in search of his "real will."

Eddie Nash died of a heart attack in 2004 at age 68. His cement vault at the Colebrook Village Cemetery was found last month cracked, the casket opened and his remains searched through. The body was left intact.

An arrest affidavit names Ginette Dowse, Michael Day and Nash's daughter, Melanie Lynch. WMUR-TV reports police believe Day helped pull the casket out of the ground after Lynch said her father had been buried with "the real will." Dowse is accused of providing transportation.

It wasn't immediately known if they had lawyers.

Nash started an equipment business in 1979 still run by his family. He's since been reburied.
