LOS ANGELES – The latest on the hunt for three inmates who escaped from a California jail (all times local):

Officials say the three inmates who escaped from a Southern California maximum-security jail should be considered armed and dangerous.
Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens said at a Sunday news conference that members of the public should not approach the men if they are spotted.
Local and federal authorities in several counties are searching for the men who escaped Friday from Orange County Central Men's Jail in Santa Ana.
The sheriff says a separate investigation has been launched into how the inmates managed to obtain the tools to cut through half-inch steel bars.
Officials say they also cut through plumbing tunnels and made it to the roof where they were able to rappel to the ground using some kind of makeshift rope
Hutchens calls the escape a "very sophisticated operation."

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $30,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of three inmates who escaped from a Southern California maximum-security jail.
Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens said Sunday that the newest reward is in addition to the $20,000 already offered by the FBI.
Hutchens says investigators have gotten a number of "very good tips" but have had no concrete sightings of the men since their escape Friday from Orange County Central Men's Jail in Santa Ana.
Local and federal authorities in several counties are searching for the escapees. Hutchens says there's no indication any of them have left the country.
