BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – Police in Battle Creek say a small baggie of suspected marijuana was found in the diaper of a 1-year old girl at a daycare center.
The Battle Creek Enquirer reports an employee told officers that she made the discovery on the morning of Nov. 5 while changing the child's diaper.
The worker told police that the child arrived with a clean diaper and she believes the suspected marijuana could have gotten into the diaper before the child was dropped off at the daycare.
Police were awaiting a lab test on the green leafy substance to confirm whether it is the drug. The case is under investigation.
