Prosecutors have charged a South Dakota bar owner with raping a 12-year-old and two 14-year-old girls after plying them with drinks last month.

Werner Fajardo was in court Monday on new charges stemming from a weekend check on his Huron bar during which police say they found 11 minors. Fajardo had been out on a $10,000 bond, but a judge Monday set a new bond at $150,000.

Fajardo was charged earlier this month with one count of first-degree rape and two counts of third-degree rape for the alleged sexual assault of the three girls early on Oct. 30.

He has not entered pleas.

Police say the girls said they became incapacitated after the 34-year-old Fajardo took them to his club after it had closed and served them drinks.
