A 68-year-old snowmobiler who went missing three days ago has been found in good condition.
The Yakima County sheriff's office says the man was spotted around 3 a.m. on Saturday in the Ahtanum Drainage. Crews had been yelling for the man and he responded.

Sgt. John Durand says the man was snowmobiling Thursday when he fell into a tree well. Durand says a tree well is formed when falling snow is kept by branches from reaching the base of a tree, forming an open area under the branches which can be several feet deep and dangerous.

Durand says that after he fell into the tree well, the man was able to get the snowmobile unstuck, but once on flat ground the snowmobile got away from him and fell through another tree well.
