WASHINGTON – Questions about the Trump administration's ties to Russia are not likely to disappear with the firing of national security adviser Michael Flynn. Investigations are proceeding inside the executive branch and on Capitol Hill.
U.S. agencies, including the FBI, have been investigating Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Three committees on Capitol Hill are conducting their own investigations that include looking at intelligence collected about contacts between Russian officials and members of the Trump campaign and administration.
