Authorities say six people suffered gunshot wounds when two men fired more than 50 rounds at a Florida apartment building.

In a WJXT-TV report (http://bit.ly/2bdPGQd ), Sgt. Shawn Coarsey of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said a group of roughly 10 people were sitting outside the Jacksonville building early Monday when two men approached and opened fire.

Coarsey said the men fired with a rifle and a pistol. According to the news report, two victims were in critical condition and four others were listed as stable.

Coarsey told the news station that an infant had been part of the group but the child was not hurt. He said the group had been targeted by the gunmen.

No additional information or arrest reports were immediately available from the sheriff's office.
