Police say a 38-year-old man from Swampscott, Mass., gave a teenage girl alcohol and raped her in his home multiple times.
Robert Kincaid is set to be arraigned Monday on 20 counts of statutory rape of a child and 20 counts of procuring alcohol for a minor, MyFoxBoston.com reported. The alleged rapes began last summer, when the girl was 14, and continued until last month, when the alleged victim told police, Detective Sgt. Tim Cassidy told The Salem News.
Kincaid was arrested Friday, a day after the alleged victim spoke to police.
Police said Kincaid met the girl when she was visiting residents of the building in which Kincaid rents an apartment. Kincaid was held over the weekend, according to the site.
