Officials say they have arrested a former casino cook accused of fatally shooting a one-time co-worker as the two had a snack at a sleepy downtown Reno, Nevada, casino.

The shooting at Siri's Casino happened just before midnight Sunday. The identity of the man who died at the hospital hasn't been released.

Reno police said 38-year-old Kiley Grayson stayed at the scene and was arrested on a murder charge.

He remains jailed and it's unclear if he has an attorney.

Casino owner Jeff Siri said the two were cooks at a nearby sister property, although neither was working during the confrontation. Grayson is a former employee.

Siri said he didn't know what they were fighting about.
