Police eye video for clues in Missouri mom's death

A 25-year-old Missouri mom was found nude, face-down in a pool of blood Saturday night, according to family members – and the person who may have killed her could be caught on camera.

Cops have taken video from the cameras that ring Sharae Bradford’s apartment complex, family members told FOX 2. Though police have yet to issue a cause of death, the Major Case Squad is assisting Ferguson police in the investigation, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

A family member found Bradford “bleeding heavily” but responsive, Ferguson police spokesman Jeff Small told the Post-Dispatch. But Bradford was unresponsive by the time paramedics arrived and ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.

Bradford’s mom, Yolanda Seay, said she believes a man Bradford met on Facebook last week is behind her daughter’s death. That man visited Bradford’s home for the first time Saturday night.

Seay said she learned the man may be mentally ill and could have a criminal record.

“We didn’t know this until everybody started posting things on Facebook about him,” she said. “They said they know he did this. We know he did this. My daughter is killed. My daughter is murdered because of this.”

Bradford, an aspiring nurse, had a 6-year-old daughter, who family members say was not in the apartment when Bradford was killed.
