Philadelphia man survives being shot 11 times on walk down street; he's in stable condition

A Philadelphia man has survived being shot 11 times while walking down the street.

Police say the 21-year-old was wounded in the forearm, legs and buttocks late Saturday night in the city's Point Breeze section.

They say the man fell to the ground as a suspect in a dark blue denim jacket, white shirt, black pants and white sneakers fled.

The victim is in stable condition at a hospital.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is continuing.
