A Cleveland woman has been indicted on aggravated murder charges in the fatal stabbing of her best friend and the death of her own 2-year-old daughter, who was struck when the stabbed woman tried to drive away.

Police say 29-year-old Kimberly Black was sitting in a running parked car with her friend Sharice Swain last month when they got into an argument.

Police say Black went into her house, got a knife and stabbed Swain, who stepped on the gas pedal and hit Black's two young children, one of whom died.

Kimberly Black was charged Wednesday with two counts of aggravated murder, as well as murder, felonious assault and endangering children.

A prosecutor without explanation has said Black has "psychiatric" problems.

Court records don't list an attorney for Black.
