COLUMBUS, Ohio – Officials in Ohio say they believe an arson that killed seven people was drug-related, but they're not saying much about why.
The fire happened in March 2008 at a two-story home in the Ohio River city of Portsmouth. It killed a 22-year-old woman, her three young children and three other adults.
Portsmouth authorities say surveillance video shows two people who appear to be men near the home around the time of the fire. They're asking for the public's help to identify the pair.
Portsmouth fire Chief Bill Raison (RAY'-son) says investigators believe the two were headed to a nearby house with known drug activity. He says there's no indication any of the seven people killed were involved with drugs.
