An Ohio man accused in a dating-service phone scam has pleaded guilty to two counts of extortion.

Prosecutors say Kevin Zunk and a co-defendant, both of Toledo, convinced people in the dating service that they had sent racy photos and messages to a a cell phone that belonged to his 11-year-old son.

The Blade reports 43-year-old Zunk told a federal judge Friday that he got the idea for the scam after he received an explicit photo on his phone by mistake.

Zunk could face up to two years in prison and $250,000 in fines when he's sentenced in February.

Zunk's attorney says no children were involved in the scheme.
