CLEVELAND – Attorneys for a man charged with killing 11 women whose remains were found around his Cleveland home want to postpone his trial again.
Anthony Sowell's (SOH'-wehlz) attorneys Friday filed a motion seeking to continue the trial, which is scheduled to start Feb. 14. They haven't given a reason. The defense previously sought more time to interview witnesses and review evidence.
Sowell has pleaded not guilty to killing the women, whose remains were found in 2009. His trial already has been delayed twice.
A spokesman for the Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH'-guh) County prosecutor's office says it's reviewing the request to delay the trial again.
