More homes evacuated in Colorado wildfire

Fire officials have ordered more evacuations as a major fire in northern Colorado burns through forested mountains.

The 87-square-mile High Park Fire burning 15 miles west of Fort Collins has been the state's most destructive, destroying at least 181 homes.

Larimer County officials said Sunday night that evacuations orders have been issued for Soldier Canyon and Mill Canyon areas.

The officials say 331 notifications were sent to residents, but it was unclear how many homes were affected.

It follows the evacuation earlier in the day of the Hewlett Gulch Subdivision in the Poudre Canyon, where 96 notices were sent.
