Medical Students Robbed at Gunpoint in Classroom

At least one armed gunman burst into a medical training school in Maryland and demanded students hand over their purses and personal belongings, MyFoxDC.com reported.

There was reportedly a second man who entered the classroom, but it was not immediately clear if he was armed.

No injuries were reported.

A student in the classroom at Gateway Medical Building in Oxon Hill, Md., told the station she and 14 other students barricaded themselves on the fifth floor to avoid the suspects until a SWAT team arrived.

Police told MyFoxDC.com they still were searching for at least one suspect.
