A Maryland man who was charged $1 more for a manicure than women has filed a $200,000 lawsuit claiming sex discrimination, MyFoxDC.com reports.
Norris Sydnor III from Mitchellville, Md., said he was humiliated when staff at Rich's Nail Salon in Landover charged him the extra dollar after a manicure on Dec. 16, 2010.
"I feel I'm being discriminated against based on my gender. There's nothing to say my hands or my nails are any different than a woman's nails," Sydnor told the station.
The case is set for trial on July 21.
