NEW YORK – A 28-year-old man was stabbed with a screwdriver during an argument with his domestic partner near Lincoln Center early Thursday morning, police said.
The NYPD said it happened shortly before 6 a.m. on Amsterdam Avenue, about two blocks from the performing arts center.
The victim suffered two puncture wounds to the head and was listed in stable condition at a hospital.
The 29-year-old suspect was taken into custody. Charges were pending.
Police said the screwdriver was recovered.
