Lockdown lifted at University of North Carolina after unconfirmed report of armed man on campus

Police issued an "all clear" Wednesday after receiving an unconfirmed report of an armed and dangerous person on or near campus at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The university had ordered a lockdown earlier after police received an unconfirmed report of an armed man near the school's ROTC building.
