The jurors who will decide the fate of a man charged with killing a state trooper in an ambush shooting in rural northeastern Pennsylvania will be bused in from the Philadelphia suburbs.

The (West Chester) Daily Local News (http://bit.ly/2cpuiHG ) reports jurors for the trial of Eric Frein (freen) will be picked in March from Chester County.

The panel will then be taken to Pike County, where the shooting occurred outside the Blooming Grove barracks in September 2014.

The 33-year-old defendant is charged with fatally shooting Cpl. Bryon Dickson II and wounding another trooper, setting off a 48-day manhunt before U.S. marshals caught him about 30 miles from the shooting scene. Frein has pleaded not guilty.

Pike County is between Scranton and the New Jersey border along Interstate 84.
