TYLER, Texas (AP) — A district attorney says a grand jury has indicted two men suspected in a string of arsons at churches in Texas.

The Tyler Morning-Telegraph says Smith County District Attorney Matt Bingham announced Tuesday that 20-year-old Jason Robert Bourque faces five counts of arson and three counts of attempted arson.

It reports that Bingham also said 22-year-old Daniel George McAllister faces two counts of arson and two counts of attempted arson.

The men have been charged in one fire and are suspected of setting up to nine others. Nobody was injured in the January blazes.

Bourque and McAllister are held on $10 million bond each and face up to life in prison if convicted.

Bingham's assistant said Wednesday that she didn't have copies of the indictments returned May 13.
