A former New York City investment banker charged with raping an Irish tourist at his East Hampton rental home is expected to find out the verdict in the trial against him.

The judge who presided over the non-jury trial has said she will announce her decision on Wednesday.

Thirty-eight-year-old Jason Lee has pleaded not guilty to first-degree rape, sexual misconduct and assault in the August 2013 incident. Lee, who is free on $100,000 bail, could be sentenced to up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

He is accused of meeting a 20-year-old Irish tourist at a nightclub while celebrating his birthday. Prosecutors say he took the woman, her brother and a friend to his house to continue partying after a night of drinking.
