A Florida woman was arrested after police said she allegedly passed out in a Burger King drive-thru while in possession of marijuana and an illegally-obtained prescription pill.
The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said restaurant employees called them after they watched April A. Musson, 27, fall asleep in her car while her children – ages 1, 3 and 5 – remained in the vehicle.
A search of Musson uncovered marijuana – which she said she smoked earlier -- and an oxycodone pill, MyFoxTampaBay reports.
Musson was held on $7,150 bail and faces charges of driving under the influence, child abuse and possession of marijuana and a controlled substance without a prescription.
The children are now in custody of the father.
