A Philadelphia man who posted a YouTube video critical of Virginia congressman Eric Cantor has been charged with two threat-related counts.

Federal prosecutors in Philadelphia filed the charges Thursday against 38-year-old Norman LeBoon.

Investigators say LeBoon posted a video in March in which he called the congressman a liar and "a Lucifer," and said he would shoot Cantor in the head. Prosecutors say LeBoon told agents Cantor is "pure evil."

LeBoon was sent to a psychiatric facility in April and deemed not competent to stand trial. He is currently in federal custody.

The counts were filed in a federal information, which typically indicates a defendant's cooperation. A message left for LeBoon's lawyer Thursday was not immediately returned.
