The FBI is looking for a bank robber who disguises himself with bandages, glasses and a neck brace and has hit nine Maryland banks in six months.

The agency said in a news release Tuesday that the robber, nicknamed the Bandage, robbed the banks between Oct. 19 and April 1.

Authorities say the banks are in several counties. In each crime, the robber hands a bank employee a note announcing an armed robbery and demands money. No one has been injured in the crimes.

The FBI describes the robber as black, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. The agency is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest in these crimes.
