An Ohio man was arrested after he allegedly walked into a jail intoxicated and pretended to be an attorney so he could speak with an inmate.

Summit County Sheriff Drew Alexander said 30-year-old Troy Geer walked into the Summit County jail on Tuesday, and when asked for identification, he produced a business card of an attorney with a different name, FOX 8 Cleveland reports.

After acting uncooperative to police during questioning, the suspect was discovered to be intoxicated.

Geer was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication and obstructing official business. He is waiting an arraignment hearing and was booked into the jail.
