A Detroit woman says “obnoxious” sounds of a man moaning and woman giggling in an apartment next door have been making it impossible for her to get a good night’s sleep, reported MyFoxDetriot.com.
Mandy Makrut, who has a 10-year-old son, says the noises usually occur three times a week. They generally start at around midnight and go on and on until 3 a.m.
“Have a little bit of respect for your neighbor,” said Makrut in an interview on MyFoxDetroit.com.
Makrut employed the standard tactic of any ticked-off neighbor: she banged on the walls. Nothing. She informed building management -- still the moaning continues.
A reporter from MyFoxDetroit.com asked the accused lothario for a response, but he denied that the noises were coming from his place.
Makrut said she is considering moving but hopes that the man just keeps quiet.
