A Texas couple is charged with allowing their 13-month-old son play with a marijuana-filled bong, MyFoxDFW.com reported.
Julio Cesar Garcia, 20, of Grapevine, Texas, allegedly inhaled smoke from the bong and passed it to the toddler, who put his mouth on the end of the device and played with marijuana in the bowl, according to a witness. The baby's mother, Brenda Duran, was allegedly in the room at the time and did not intervene.
