The train cars fell along a southwest Houston road and a shelter-in-place has been ordered for nearby residents, MyFoxHouston.com reported.
Hazmat teams were on the scene.
Both lanes of the South Main Street/Highway 90A at Hiram Clarke Road, east of Stafford, have been closed. This is a main road used by people traveling to Monday night's Texans game, MyFoxHouston.com reported.
