CHICAGO -- Cook County prosecutors say the suspect in the slayings of his pregnant wife, infant son and two nieces has admitted he committed the crimes.
During a hearing Friday, prosecutors told a judge that 31-year-old James Larry made a videotaped confession to police and that he led officers to where he'd thrown the gun he said he used.
During the hearing, Larry kept his head down, saying "Yes, ma'am," when the judge asked him questions. He was ordered held without bond.
Larry is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, four counts of attempted first-degree murder and two counts of intentional homicide of an unborn child in Wednesday morning's shooting spree at the family's house in Chicago.
