The 21-year-old suspect in the massacre at the The Emmanuel African Methodist Church in Charleston is expected to make a court appearance today. He’ll have a bond hearing. Roof was arrested in Shelby, North Carolina yesterday just hours after the murders of six women and three men in the church. There is a prayer vigil planned for tonight in Charleston.
