CULLMAN, Ala. – A judge is deciding whether to reduce bond for an Alabama man accused of killing the sex offender convicted of sexually abusing the man's daughter.
Circuit Judge Gregory Nicholas says he'll rule late Thursday whether to reduce the man's $141,000 cash bond.
The Associated Press isn't using the suspect's name to protect his daughter's identity since she is a sexual abuse victim.
