A bulldog named Bella who disappeared two years ago has been reunited with her family in New York.

Hempstead resident Robert Vitiello tells WABC-TV (http://7ny.tv/1vbnAfO ) that he was breathless when he got the call that Bella had been found.

His emotional reply: "I'm Bella's father."

Someone found Bella wandering around the Lindenhurst area Friday night. The Veterinary Medical Center detected her microchip. A worker there says she appeared to be well cared for.

Vitiello says Bella immediately showered him with kisses.

He's still searching for his other dog, Cesear. He believes Cesear was taken by the same person who apparently snatched Bella out of his backyard.

He says he won't press charges. He just wants Cesear back, too.
