Cellphone video of a black Minnesota man's arrest in a St. Paul skyway by officers who appear to be white is attracting attention eight months after it was recorded.

Chris Lollie says he was doing nothing wrong in January when police responding to a report of trespassing questioned him.

Police used a stun gun on 28-year-old Lollie when they say he resisted arrest and didn't follow their orders. Lollie accuses the officers of stopping him only because of his race.

Trespassing and other charges against Lollie were dropped in July, and he posted the video to YouTube on Aug. 26, after he got his phone back. It's been viewed over 1 million times.

An internal police review board is investigating. Chief Tom Smith says the video doesn't show the full story.
